Statement about Privacy
Please look at the full version of our terms at http://weddingkiosk.co/terms. If there is any discrepancy between the full terms and the terms in short, the full terms apply so read those carefully. This is just to inform you about some important parts of those terms.
We sell our Wedding Kiosk App “as is”, meaning we cannot guarantee that it always works and we cannot guarantee that it works for what you intend to do with it. We cannot promise that we update the App. What you see is what you get. No refunds are given for any reason.
Our liability is limited in the terms, to either the amount our insurance will pay out or if they do not pay out an amount of €5.000,-.
You agree that we put advertising and promotions in the Wedding Kiosk App (this is how we keep the App’s price down).
Dutch law applies to our contract and the Dutch courts are competent (we are a Dutch company).
In order to improve Wedding Kiosk we use third-party tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends. These tools collect information sent by your device or our service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the services. We collect this analytics information relatively anonymously not to be able to identify any particular user. This information is used collectively to make conclusions on how the user base is using the service.
By accepting this privacy statement, you agree that we collect the information referred to in article 4.
We collect information about your use of Wedding Kiosk and the Website that is generated automatically. This information consists, amongst other things, of your IP address, your geographic location, the web pages you have visited, and cookies; we make use of small amounts of information sent to your web browser by our server in the form of text files, in order to make sure that this information is sent back to our server during your next visit. In this privacy statement, the text files referred to in the previous sentence are called “cookies”.
As a rule, you can program your internet browser in such a way that during the next use the Website you do not receive any cookies. In that case, however, you may be unable to make use (in the best possible way) of all of Wedding Kiosk’s possibilities and/or you may not have access to (some parts of) Wedding Kiosk or the Website. We do not accept liability for this, and in such case you are not entitled to a refund of any amount paid by you.
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device.
Our server automatically creates Log File information each time you make a request to the services. Which includes your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, operating systems, mobile carrier, device, referring web pages, exit web pages and URLS, number of clicks and how you interact with links on Wedding Kiosk, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other information.
We may also track similar information when sending emails to our users in order to help us track which emails are actually read or even opened. We collect this information as it helps us to further improve Wedding Kiosk.
Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content.
The collection of Meta data allows Wedding Kiosk to know how, when, where and by whom the content was created. This will make content more interactive and easier to find within Wedding Kiosk by the user and their connections.
